1. Personal information

Personal information means information that can identify a person, such as a name, email address or telephone number.

2. Information collected

We collect information you enter in inquiry and payment forms, including your name, company, email address, telephone number and inquiry. We may also collect IP addresses, pages visited, browser information and cookies. Stripe, Inc. processes card information; we do not receive or retain card numbers.

3. Purposes

• Responding to inquiries, providing services and arranging schedules.
• Billing and confirming payments.
• Understanding usage and improving services.
• Communicating important notices and changes to terms.

4. Analytics and individual tools

We may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand site usage through cookies and information that does not identify individuals. You can disable cookies in your browser. The password generator does not load these tracking scripts; passwords are generated in your browser and are not sent to our server.

Homepage Diagnosis collects the domain name of the submitted URL for usage analysis and service improvement. Analytics does not collect URL paths or queries, and diagnosis results are not stored.

AIO Checker retrieves public pages and access settings from our server. It creates no diagnosis history. Eligible public-page results and necessary excerpts may be cached in Upstash Redis for up to five minutes. URLs containing queries are excluded from the shared result cache; full page content is not persistently stored. For rate limiting, source IPs are transformed into keyed hashes and retained during the applicable limit period. Application diagnosis logs do not record raw IPs, input URLs or full page content. Results are not automatically sent to external AI services. Infrastructure access logs follow each provider’s settings.

IP Address Checker contacts ipify (api4.ipify.org and api6.ipify.org) from your browser, which sends your IP address to that service. Our app keeps no IP history or IP database. A keyed hash derived from the IP, rather than the original IP, is retained for up to one hour to count requests. Vercel access logs may contain IP addresses.

Inquiry and consultation forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse. Browser information and IP addresses are sent to Cloudflare for verification.

5. Third parties and processors

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent except as required by law. We entrust processing as necessary to Stripe, Inc. (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel Inc. (hosting), Upstash (rate limits and short-lived caches), and Google LLC (email and document management).

6. Security

We take necessary measures, including access management, to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information.

7. Requests

After verifying your identity, we promptly handle reasonable requests for disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use. Please contact the operator below.

8. Changes

This policy may be revised as needed. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
